DJ Suketu started his journey towards success long back when he started DJ'ing at the age of 15. In 99-2000, he participated in the DMC World DJ Mixing Championships in the vinyl (turntable) section and s the second runner up in India. In 2000-2001, he took part in the DMC World DJ Mixing Championship ain and this time he stood as the winner in Mumbai and first runner up in India. In 2003 he released his but album '440 Volts' on Times Music that was termed as the remix album of the year. In March 2004, he eased a new single 'Bin Tere Sanam' that took his name to unheard of heights. The track became the highest selling remix for the year 2004 and was number 1 on the Indipop charts for many weeks."
